The Birkman Method has a 40 year history and is the state-of-the-art leader for measuring, describing, and managing personal and organizational effectiveness.

The method consists of filling out a non-invasive questionnaire prior to the workshop and receiving an in-depth report during the 1 day course.

What is unique about the Birkman Method?

The Birkman is far more comprehensive than any other assessment instruments typically used for personal development, including the MBTI, DISC system, and Strong Interest Survey. Over 1.5 million people in organizations such as AT&T, Ford Motor Co., Reebok International, Sony, Stanford University, and Xerox Corporation have benefited from the Birkman Method.

What makes the Birkman Method different? The Birkman:

- describes your most productive behavior in 11 key areas
- details specifically how you like to be treated by others
- outlines your personal reactive--or stress--behaviors and how to minimize them
- provides a prioritized description of your top interests
- identifies career choices which match your personal profile
- gives quantifiable, objective, incisive information
