Consult with organizations such as Bank Boston, Environmental Protection Agency, Federal Express, Franciscan Health System, Medical College of Virginia, Merck, Merrill Lynch, Newton Wellesley Hospital, Phillips Petroleum, Reebok, Roche Labs, State Street Bank, Titan Steel Corporation, Tufts Health Plan,and the U.S. Coast Guard. Programs emphasize effective communication, participative management, quality improvement, collaborative problem solving, leadership, team building, customer service, and effective employee selection.
